Whether you are a funded applicant or not, your registration fee will be reimbursed if and only if you
comply with the following:
- Complete your registration and fee payment before the 29th of May
27th of May (inclusive);
- Send proof (to firstname.lastname@example.org and email@example.com with firstname.lastname@example.org in CC)
that you started your VISA application process within 1 day of receiving your VISA invitation letter (e.g. appointment confirmation);
- If your VISA is rejected, to send a copy of the rejection letter (to email@example.com and firstname.lastname@example.org with email@example.com in CC)
on the same day it is received
If you follow the above, your registration fee will be reimbursed in full, even if your VISA is rejected after the 1st of July.

the instructions above, the normal reimbursement policy applies (see here
under General Questions).
